• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the growth and development of Odyssey International School over the next five years.

• Provide strong, values-driven leadership to foster a nurturing, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.

• Ensure the highest standards of academic excellence, pastoral care, and co-curricular activities.

• Lead the school community with warmth, empathy, and integrity, building strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the school’s operations, ensuring that it meets the needs of a rapidly evolving international education landscape.

• Serve as a compelling ambassador for the school, enhancing its profile locally, nationally, and internationally

• Oversee the operational and financial management of the school, ensuring sustainable growth and sound financial stewardship. Key Requirements

· Hold a recognized teaching qualification, with at least a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. A Master's degree in Education or Educational Leadership is highly desirable. ·

Demonstrate evidence of ongoing professional development and a commitment to staying current with educational best practices. ·

Have direct experience working with international curricula, particularly the Cambridge IGCSE and IPC with a sound understanding of post-16 education

· Bring significant experience in school leadership, ideally within a diverse, international setting, managing both academic and operational complexities. ·

Be adept at leading a school through periods of growth and change, ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality education while fostering a collaborative and positive school culture

· Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with a diverse community of students, staff, and parents from different nationalities and backgrounds. Job Description:

• Digital marketing

• Plan and implement online advertising, admission campaigns on social media platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Zalo, Instagram, etc., as well as offline promotional strategies.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data and results.

• Manage the advertising budget and optimize costs.

• Stay updated on new advertising trends, develop platforms, and apply best practices to campaigns.

• Approve marketing content and materials used for school admissions communications across media channels.

• Propose creative ideas for marketing campaigns that target customer insights and generate strong viral effects.

• Market development and admission partnerships

• Research the market and identify potential customer groups.

• Develop action plans to attract both online and offline customers, and expand the customer base.

Candidate Requirements:

• University degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar position.

• Strong understanding and skills in using digital marketing tools.

• Knowledge of the primary education market and experience in customer acquisition activities.

• Proficient in SEO, content, PPC, and Google AdWords.

• Ability to craft impactful, brand-unique messages and titles.

• Prior experience working in an international education environment is a plus.

• English proficiency is an advantage.

• Updated on new content trends with the ability to create viral content on social media.
