• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the growth and development of Odyssey International School over the next five years.
• Provide strong, values-driven leadership to foster a nurturing, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.
• Ensure the highest standards of academic excellence, pastoral care, and co-curricular activities.
• Lead the school community with warmth, empathy, and integrity, building strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the school’s operations, ensuring that it meets the needs of a rapidly evolving international education landscape.
• Serve as a compelling ambassador for the school, enhancing its profile locally, nationally, and internationally
• Oversee the operational and financial management of the school, ensuring sustainable growth and sound financial stewardship. Key Requirements
· Hold a recognized teaching qualification, with at least a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. A Master's degree in Education or Educational Leadership is highly desirable. ·
Demonstrate evidence of ongoing professional development and a commitment to staying current with educational best practices. ·
Have direct experience working with international curricula, particularly the Cambridge IGCSE and IPC with a sound understanding of post-16 education
· Bring significant experience in school leadership, ideally within a diverse, international setting, managing both academic and operational complexities. ·
Be adept at leading a school through periods of growth and change, ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality education while fostering a collaborative and positive school culture
· Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with a diverse community of students, staff, and parents from different nationalities and backgrounds.
